As part of the checkout process, if you submit credit or debit card details to pay for your order, or if you use a third-party payment service such as PayPal, we will forward your payment details, including your name and billing address, to the payment processor, so that they can confirm your details are valid, enabling us to complete and fulfill your order.
In the event that you choose to create an account, by setting a password, your personal information will be retained by us to enable you to place repeat orders, view order history online, and to update or amend your account details.
At any time, you are entitled to request a copy of your personal data we hold on file (a 'data subject access request'), or for us to delete your data under your 'right to be forgotten'. Return Policy
EXCHANGE OR IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS.
- We offer exchange or in-store credit within 30 days of purchase with a receipt and tags attached to the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. The receipt must be shown for the full purchase price to be credited or we will give store credit at the lowest price the item will be in store. No cash or card refunds will be given at any time. The 30 day return window begins at the time of purchase, not the date goods were received.
- Any defective items must have the appropriate documentation and must be deemed as a manufacturer’s defect by the manufacturer. Once we have confirmed the defect, the Customer will be given in-store credit (which does not expire and we keep on file) or a replacement item (if available at that time, in that scenario). To redeem store credit in store, you must tell us before the transaction is complete for the credit to be used. To redeem store credit online, please notify us that you would like to do so (store credit is a different function than gift cards).
- Items that need to be returned for exchange or store credit can be returned by mail (at the customer’s expense) or in store. Exchanges are welcomed if they follow the above guidelines. If you need to return an item by mail, please include a note with what you would like to do as well as your name and phone number or call us at 417-256-8202. We have the right to return your package, at your expense, if it does not follow our return policy guidelines.
- Social Media generic policies do not apply, nor do any other stores' policy. We follow our own return policy as stated above.
- Items marked final sale are not returnable for store credit and are not exchangeable.
- Our website only processes gift cards. If you have a store credit you would like to use, we can transfer it to a gift card that would be redeemable online.
